*Please refrain from wearing perfume, essential oils or smoking before your appointment. I’m allergic!
*No drinking alcohol, caffeine or taking Ibuprofen or Aspirin within 24-48 hours of your appointment. These are blood thinners and may cause bleeding during your procedure which will push the pigment out.

*To prevent no call/no shows, you must confirm your appointment 3 days prior. A text message and email will be sent automatically. If you do not confirm your appointment, another reminder will be sent 2 days prior. If you do not confirm at this point it will be automatically cancelled and you will have to reschedule. (Due to the proper preparation protocol for any cosmetic or paramedical procedure, 3 day reschedule/cancellation notice is required. I cannot fill a last minute cancellation/reschedule with only 2 days notice. The next guest will not be able to properly follow prep protocol.)
*If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and the $100 booking fee will be forfeited due to “last-minute” cancellation. *I’m so grateful you chose me to be your artist and that you loved your service & experience here at Michelle Lee Ink. If you would like to leave your artist a tip, please only cash or check. Thank you kindly in advance.
Initial Touch Up Policy
*ALL cosmetic procedures are a 2 appointment process, the procedure is NOT completed.
*If you are a no show or cancel your initial touch up with less than 3 days prior to your appointment, you will have to pay the normal touch up cost for that time frame, to reschedule.
*The initial touch up session (follow up) must be held within the appropriate healing time frame for your procedure. If you push your appointment out past the appropriate date, then the fee will have to be assessed .The longer time passes from your first appointment without the follow up, the more fading occurs to any spots that would have been perfected at the visit. Because of the additional fading, more work and time is required.

*All Gift Certificates are non-refundable
*Gift Certificates must be redeemed at the time of your appointment. This requires you to bring your gift certificate with you.
*If redeeming a gift certificate, cancellation of your appointment needs to be at least 72 hours in advance or not showing up to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your redeemed certificate.
*If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required to rebook. If you cancel again with less than 72 hours notice, you forfeit the booking fee. If you no call/no show for your appointment it will result in you forfeiting your redeemed certificate.
